Let it be known you are in violation of numerous HIER infractions, as well a serious charge of Dereliction of Duty. Your inability to deal with, work with, and communicate with your fellow RS members, as well as not obeying direct orders of a superior officer have led us to this decision. Admiral Raven has banned your from the ABG on July 17th at approximately 11pm EST. This ban included all ABG activities not just the IRC rooms. You attempted to circumvent this ban by still participating in a character sim. Despite your confusion, you were made aware of the ban. You also argues with Battlers CO implying that he had no right totell you what to do, however, that has since been settled between you and the CO. Which resulted in you no longer being XO. It's one thing to not want to do something, it another on how you tell someone. Which is where most of the HIER violations happen. Your ability to communicate effectively is a major problem. I understand that you were to pick a mentor, however we felt that this would not help, as the ultimate problem was you not being mature enough to understand what was being said to you. A mentor would help guide you in how the RS is run, but it's not the mentors Job, nor the RS's job to be a guide to how to run your life. The basic problem is your maturity and your inability to take responsibility for your actions. You have been told numerous time what is and is not acceptable. Numerous bans in the bar and grill should have further explained that to you. There for it is decision of the RS command staff that you be banned from the RS and all activities there in. We're sorry it had to come to this, but there was no other choice. We can not effectively run the RS if we have to constantly hear about your actions. May you find peace in your future activities. As of this day the 22nd of July 2008, High Command has voted to keep the ban on Remus. The breakdown of the vote was 1 abstain, 7 no's and 1 "Fuck no" for Remus Reinstatement.
